These terms govern purchases from YourEstateKit at yourestatekit.com. We sell a digital estate-organizer kit (delivered instantly by email as a PDF) and a physical printed edition (shipped to you). 2. Price & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
3. Delivery
- Digital kit: delivered immediately after payment — available to download on the confirmation page and sent to the email you provide. Download links remain valid for 30 days; please save your copy.
- Printed edition: professionally printed and shipped to the address you provide. We'll email you when it's on its way.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, where the seller is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your U.S. state of residence.
